Emma Piroska Tesar
Legal PractitionerEmma Tesar is a lawyer in the public procurement law team. She demonstrates her talent for quickly learning new steps not only on the dance floor, but also in her transition from German to Austrian jurisdiction.
After studying law at the University of Hamburg and the University of East Anglia (UK), Emma Tesar completed her legal training in the judicial district of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, with placements in various commercial law firms, the city administration and the Foreign Office. In October 2024, she passed her second state law examination in Germany, qualifying her to practise as a solicitor (fully qualified lawyer).
Before joining FSM Rechtsanwälte, she worked as a lawyer at PwC Legal in Hamburg, where she gained her first experience in public procurement law.
In addition to her work at FSM Rechtsanwälte, Emma Tesar is pursuing a doctorate in constitutional law at the University of Passau.
