The Viennese business law firm Feuchtm\u00fcller Stockert Moick Rechtsanw\u00e4lte (FSM), specialised in public procurement and real estate law, is repositioning itself: Coming soon, Hannes Havranek and D\u00f6rk P\u00e4tzold, two partners specialising in corporate and business law, will strengthen the team and thus complement and expand the firm’s range of services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vienna, 13th of December 2019<\/em> \u2013 In 2017 Feuchtm\u00fcller Stockert Moick Rechtsanw\u00e4lte has been founded by Benedikt Stockert and Sebastian Feuchtm\u00fcller. The Viennese business law firm, which focuses on real estate and public procurement law has grown steadily since then and received its third named partner at the beginning of 2019 with public procurement law specialist Karlheinz Moick.<\/p>\n

Next year, FSM will take the next step: Coming soon, the firm expands its partner team with Hannes Havranek and D\u00f6rk P\u00e4tzold, two experts in corporate law, thus increasing the team to over 20 employees. Hannes Havranek and D\u00f6rk P\u00e4tzold both come from PHH Rechtsanw\u00e4lte where they will be working until the beginning of next year. Hannes Havranek is an expert in M&A transactions and corporate law. His further areas of expertise include national and international distribution law and compliance. D\u00f6rk P\u00e4tzold has many years of expertise in the areas of corporate and commercial law, reorganizations and restructuring, insolvency and insolvency-related advice, liquidations and corporate dispute resolution.
